San Gennaro ha appena ripetuto il miracolo e il sangue si è sciolto nelle ampolle. E l’associazione culturale NarteA, in attesa attesa del programma di eventi del nuovo anno, sabato 23 settembre a partire dalle 19.15, l’Associazione Culturale propone Januaria, la tradizionale visita teatralizzata di inizio stagione dedicata al santo patrono di Napoli.
Oltre al percorso canonico, è previsto l’ingresso serale (in apertura straordinaria) nella suggestiva Real Cappella del Tesoro. Un’occasione unica per visitare uno scrigno di capolavori.
A condurre il pubblico alla scoperta dell’unico tesoro in grado di competere con quello della corona inglese, le guide Matteo Borriello e Marina Minniti e gli attori Mario Di Fonzo e Valeria Frallicciardi (foto); i testi sono di Febo Quercia. prevista una degustazio
Si termina con una degustazione di vino “Maradona 10” Aglianico del Sannio Doc della cantina Caputo 1890. Per partecipare, è necessaria la prenotazione: 3397020849 o 333 3152415. Costo del biglietto intero: 20 euro; ridotto per ragazzi dai 12 ai 18 anni: 14 euro.
La visita teatralizzata attraversa settecento anni, recuperando testimonianze storiche e leggende fantasiose connesse all’accumulo di preziosi quali la celebre mitra gemmata dell’orafo Matteo Treglia – composta da 3694 pietre preziose, realizzata nel 1713 su commissione della Deputazione di San Gennaro; la leggendaria collana, realizzata in oro e argento da Michele Dato nel 1679 e arricchitasi fino al 1879 di varie pietre con le donazioni di regnanti di tutta Europa. E ancora, i doni inviati al santo da Napoleone, da Papa Pio IX e da Re Umberto I e Margherita di Savoia.
In queste sale, il pubblico incontrerà Eusebia Januario (interpretata da Valeria Frallicciardi), parente del santo e discendente di colei che conservò il sangue nelle ampolle; e Giuseppe Navarra (interpretato da Mario Di Fonzo), detto il re di Poggioreale, famoso per aver recuperato alla città di Napoli il tesoro stipato in Vaticano allo scoppiare della seconda guerra mondiale e reso celebre dal film di Dino Risi, Operazione San Gennaro.

St. Gennaro has just repeated the miracle and the blood has melted in the ampoules. And as the NarteA Cultural Association looks forward to the new year’s program of events, on Saturday, September 23th, starting at 7:15 p.m., the Cultural Association is offering Januaria, the traditional theatrical tour at the beginning of the season dedicated to the patron saint of Naples.
In addition to the canonical itinerary, there will be an evening entrance (in extraordinary opening) to the striking Royal Treasure Chapel. A unique opportunity to visit a treasure chest of masterpieces.
Leading the public to discover the only treasure that can compete with that of the British crown are guides Matteo Borriello and Marina Minniti and actors Mario Di Fonzo and Valeria Frallicciardi; texts are by Febo Quercia.
It ends with a tasting of “Maradona 10” Aglianico del Sannio Doc wine from the Caputo 1890 winery. To attend, reservations are required: 3397020849 or 333 3152415. Full ticket cost: 20 euros; reduced for children 12 to 18 years old: 14 euros.
The theatrical itinerary retraces seven hundred years, recovering historical testimonies and imaginative legends related to the accumulation of valuables, such as the famous mitre set with precious stones by the goldsmith Matteo Treglia – composed of 3694 precious stones, made in 1713 on behalf of the Deputation of San Gennaro; the legendary necklace made in gold and silver by Michele Dato in 1679 and enriched with various stones until 1879, thanks to donations from rulers from all over Europe. There are also gifts sent to the Saint by Napoleon, Pope Pius IX and King Humbert I and Margaret of Savoy.
In these rooms, the audience will meet Eusebia Januario (played by Valeria Frallicciardi), a relative of the Saint and descendant of the one who preserved the blood in the ampoules; and Giuseppe Navarra (played by Mario Di Fonzo), known as the King of Poggioreale, famous for returning to the city of Naples the treasure that had been stashed in the Vatican at the outbreak of the Second World War and made famous by Dino Risi’s film “Operation San Gennaro”.
