Caffè noir. Si parte con “I racconti sulla panchina #1. Leggende di mare” per la prima edizione della rassegna promossa dal Club dei delitti di carta, sabato 28 con replica domenica 29 ottobre 2023 alle 10,30.
L’iniziativa è voluta dall’Associazione culturale Gialli.it presieduta da Ciro Sabatino (direttore del Festival del Giallo Città di Napoli) e coordinata dalla giornalista Anita Curci.
Si comincia da amori e vendette, suggestioni e fascinazioni uscite dalle penna dei maggiori scrittori dell’Ottocento. Dalla Sirena Partenope alla Barchetta fantasma di Matilde Serao, passando per i misteri racchiusi nelle stanze di Palazzo Donn’Anna fino al Diavolo di Mergellina, le più belle leggende napoletane ambientate nel golfo. E il mistero di un borgo scomparso nel nulla…
Il luogo del primo incontro sarà comunicato agli interessati via mail. La rassegna, tranne che per gli eventi all’aperto o salvo diversa comunicazione, si svolgerà nella sede dell’Associazione Gialli.it al Corso Vittorio Emanuele 487 a Napoli e durerà fino alla fine di dicembre. Intanto, ecco gli appuntamenti del mese di novembre. Venerdì 3 è dedicato ai Giochi con delitto #1 Giallo Quiz, a partire dalle 18. Si prosegue sabato 4 e domenica 5 dalle 10,30 col primo cold case degli otto previsti in calendario.
Ciro Sabatino, insieme a un ospite a sorpresa, racconta il Caso Palladino e lo spiritismo a Napoli. Venerdì 10 ore 18 si presenta il libro vincitore del “Premio Alan D. Altieri Segretissimo” 2023 per il miglior romanzo italiano inedito di spy story, Emerson Ray Prodigal Son (Mondadori) di Denise Jane. Sabato 11 e domenica 12 dalle ore 10,30 Ciro Sabatino, in compagnia di un magistrato e di un giornalista, illustra il Caso Grimaldi – Il delitto di Posillipo.
Venerdì 17 dalle 18 Un personaggio al mese, Quattordici misteri per il commissario Ricciardi.
Sabato 18 e domenica 19 dalle 10,30 il Caso Eilean Mòr. Il mistero del Faro maledetto nelle Isole Flannan. Venerdì 24 dalle 18 presentazione del libro a fumetti I bastardi di Pizzofalcone – Gelo (Bonelli Editore) da Maurizio de Giovanni in un graphic novel di Fabiana Fiengo. Sabato 25 e domenica 26 dalle 10,30 il Caso Majoran. La scomparsa di un genio e il misterioso Albergo Bologna. Agli incontri in cui si ricostruirà la cronaca dei fatti accaduti parteciperà il pm Raffaele Marino.
Paper Crime Club/ Coffee noir: the first edition of a review inspired by love and revenge among sea legends starts
Coffee noir. It starts with “Tales on the bench #1. Legends of the sea” for the first edition of the festival promoted by the Paper crime club, Saturday, October 28th with a repeat on Sunday, October 29th, 2023 at 10:30 am.
The initiative is desired by the Gialli.it cultural association chaired by Ciro Sabatino (director of the Naples City Giallo Festival) and coordinated by journalist Anita Curci.
It begins with love and revenge, suggestions and fascinations that came out of the pens of the greatest writers of the nineteenth century. From the Sirena Partenope to Matilde Serao’s Barchetta fantasma, passing through the mysteries enclosed in the rooms of Palazzo Donn’Anna to the Diavolo di Mergellina, the most beautiful Neapolitan legends set in the gulf. And the mystery of a village that disappeared into nowhere….
The location of the first meeting will be communicated to interested participants by e-mail. The review, except for outdoor events or unless otherwise announced, will be held at the Gialli.it Association headquarters in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 487 in Naples and will run until the end of December. Those wishing to participate should make reservations by writing to redazione@gialli.it.
Meanwhile, here are the appointments for the month of November. Friday 3 is dedicated to Murder Games #1 Giallo Quiz, starting at 6 p.m. It continues on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 from 10:30 a.m. with the first cold case of the eight scheduled on the calendar.
Ciro Sabatino, together with a surprise guest, will tell about the Palladino case and spiritualism in Naples. Friday 10th at 6 p.m. the book winner of the “Alan D. Altieri Segretissimo Award” 2023 for the best unpublished Italian spy story novel, Emerson Ray Prodigal Son (Mondadori) by Denise Jane, will be presented. Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 from 10:30 a.m. Ciro Sabatino, in the company of a magistrate and a journalist, illustrates the Grimaldi Case. The Posillipo Crime.
Friday 17th from 6 p.m. A Character a month, Fourteen mysteries for Commissioner Ricciardi.
Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th from 10:30 a.m. The Eilean Mòr Case. The Mystery of the cursed lighthouse in the Flannan Islands. Friday 24th from 6 p.m. presentation of the comic book I bastardi di Pizzofalcone – Gelo (Bonelli Editore) by Maurizio de Giovanni in a graphic novel by Fabiana Fiengo. Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th from 10:30 a.m. The Majoran Case. The disappearance of a genius and the mysterious Albergo Bologna. The meetings in which the chronicle of the facts that occurred will be reconstructed will be attended by Public prosecutor Raffaele Marino.
