La settimana sta finendo ma l’arte non conosce pause e abbraccia il weekend con una sorpresa proposta dalla (napoletana) Monteoliveto home gallery di Gilbert Ciervo. Oggi, sabato 5 ottobre, dalle 18, serata speciale dedicata alla danza ma anche alla creatività contemporanea. A rendere singolare l’incontro sarà l’esibizione di flamenco della coreografa e ballerina madrilena Maria Josè Álvarez.
Napoli dimostra sempre una particolare energia nel ritagliarsi un angolo di cultura al di là di sistemi organizzati. E la Monteoliveto art gallery ne è un esempio. Confrontarsi con il pensiero libero che coniuga immaginazione e conoscenza è davvero un atto di coraggio. Perché in una società omologata l’indipendenza ha un sapore eversivo.

Il suo lavoro infatti si concentra sulla danza e sulla performance da cui trae ispirazione per la pittura. E il suo mondo artistico sarà affiancato da quello astratto dell’artista d’origine australiana con domicilio tedesco, Milanda de Mont.
Così l’arte crea ponti, connessioni, contaminazioni dove le emozioni incontrano il pubblico dandogli brividi di bellezza rari in una realtà dominata da apparenza e superficialità.
