Emozioni in costiera amalfitana. A Conca dei Marini, abbraccio di scogli tra Amalfi e Positano, da oggi, venerdì 23, a martedì 27 agosto l’ottava edizione di Frangenti Festival, organizzata dall’associazione Ablativo, con la direzione artistica di Vincenzo Albano.
Nel fascinoso borgo di pescatori, sette raffinati appuntamenti, a ingresso gratuito: da voci preziose del cantautorato italiano fino a spettacoli per tutte le età, ai reading drammatizzati e alle attività dedicate ai più piccoli.
Quattro magnifici luoghi del territorio conchese saranno animati per cinque giorni d’arte che coloreranno il fascinoso scenario, con due appuntamenti dedicati ai piccoli lettori a cura di Ablativo; due assolo dei cantautori Gianluca De Rubertis e Luca Carocci; il teatro di prossimità proposto dalla compagnia Bartolini Baronio e due spettacoli per tutte le età, a cura di Principio Attivo Teatro e Baracca dei Buffoni.
Si inizia il 23 agosto dalle 18.30 al Campo degli ulivi – nella parte alta del piccolo paese – con Naviganti di carta, l’angolo delle storie dedicato ai piccoli lettori, a cura di Ablativo (replica il 24 agosto alla stessa ora), che all’aria aperta restituirà ai piccoli il valore delle parole e delle storie. Ancora il 23 agosto alle 21, il panoramico Teatro all’aperto ospiterà il concerto di Gianluca De Rubertis – artista noto al grande pubblico per il singolo Pop Porno – che con piano e voce condurrà il pubblico sulle note del suo ultimo album L’equazione del destino.
Stessi luogo e ora il 24 agosto, per la musica di Luca Carocci. Domenica 25 agosto lo scorcio panoramico di Punta Pistiello (foto) – altura rocciosa tra Capo di Conca e la grotta dello Smeraldo – sarà scenario di Un Giorno Bianco – dove il noi dimora in me, tratto dal libro Ho costruito una casa da giardiniere di G. Clément, un Redreading di Bartolini Baronio e 369 gradi, con Tamara Bartolini e Michele Baronio, lavoro in cui la potenza del teatro incontra un libro per restituirlo alla comunità, riattivando la funzione epica in un piccolo spazio che raccoglie una piccola comunità.
Si ritorna al teatro all’aperto il 26 agosto alle 20 con Storia di un uomo e della sua ombra – mannaggia ‘a mort!: in scena Dario Cadei, Vincenzo Dipierroe Giuseppe Semeraro, quest’ultimo anche regista dello spettacolo. Il pluripremiato lavoro (tra i tanti premi, vincitore del Premio Eolo 2010 e finalista a Scenario infanzia 2008) è un cartone animato in bianco e nero che con pochissimi artifici e l’originale uso della musica dal vivo racconta una storia vecchia come il mondo.
In piazza Olmo, il 27 agosto alle 19 si conclude con Circoletto – il circo dei piccoli di Baracca dei Buffoni – Compagnia Morks, uno spettacolo adatto a tutte le età, un percorso di avvicinamento al mondo del circo: gli spettatori saranno coinvolti nell’utilizzo di attrezzi tipici dello spettacolo itinerante che da sempre affascina grandi e bambini.

Conca dei Marini/Frangenti Festival (August 23-27): the fishing village on the Amalfi Coast shines with art, sound and words
Emotions on the Amalfi Coast. In Conca dei Marini, an embrace of rocks between Amalfi and Positano, from Friday, August 23rd to Tuesday, August 27th, the eighth edition of the Frangenti Festival, organized by the Association Ablativo, under the artistic direction of Vincenzo Albano.
In the charming fishing village, seven refined events, with free admission: from the precious voices of Italian singer-songwriters to performances for all ages, dramatized readings and activities dedicated to children.
Four splendid locations in the Conchese area will be enlivened for five days of art that will color the enchanting scenery with two events dedicated to young readers by Ablativo; two solos by singer-songwriters Gianluca De Rubertis and Luca Carocci; proximity theater proposed by the Bartolini Baronio company; and two shows for all ages curated by Principio Attivo Teatro and Baracca dei Buffoni.
On August 23rd at 6:30 p.m. in the Campo degli ulivi – in the upper part of the town – it begins with Naviganti di carta, the story corner dedicated to young readers, curated by Ablativo (to be repeated at the same time on August 24th), which in the open air will restore the value of words and stories to the little ones. Also on August 23rd at 9 p.m., the scenic open-air theater will host a concert by Gianluca De Rubertis – an artist known to the general public for his single Pop Porno – who will lead the audience with piano and voice through the notes of his latest album L’equazione del destino.
Same place and time on August 24th, with music by Luca Carocci. On Sunday, August 25th, the panoramic view of Punta Pistiello (photo) – the rocky promontory between Capo di Conca and the Emerald Grotto – will be the setting for Un giorno bianco based on the book Ho costruito una casa da giardiniere by G. Clément. Clément, a rereading by Bartolini Baronio and 369 Degrees, with Tamara Bartolini and Michele Baronio, a work in which the power of theater meets a book to return it to the community, reactivating the epic function in a small space that gathers a small community.
On August 26th, at 8 p.m., back to the open-air theater with Storia di un uomo e della sua ombra – mannaggia ‘a mort!, directed by Dario Cadei, Vincenzo Dipierroe and Giuseppe Semeraro, who is also the show’s director. The work, which has won many awards (among them the Eolo Award 2010 and finalist at Scenario infanzia 2008), is a black-and-white cartoon that tells a story as old as time with very few tricks and an original use of live music.
In piazza olmo, on August 27th at 7 p.m., Circoletto – the Children’s Circus of Baracca dei Buffoni – Compagnia Morks will present a show for all ages, an introduction to the world of circus: the audience will participate in the use of typical tools of the traveling show that has always fascinated adults and children alike.
