Tra orchestra, coro e tecnici del San Carlo, in 200 hanno rappresentato Verdi e l’opera italiana nel prestigioso appuntamento estivo che prevede la presenza delle più importanti orchestre internazionali, come la London Symphony Orchestra e Mahler Chamber Orchestra
Nella rappresentazione in forma semiscenica de “Otello” di Giuseppe Verdi, i protagonisti principali hanno dato vita a interpretazioni molto apprezzate dal pubblico in sala.
Nel prestigioso cast: l’armeno Arsen Soghomonyan nei panni di Otello, cha sostituito Jonas Kaufmann, una magnifica Maria Agresta nel ruolo di Desdemona è uno strepitoso Lago con Ludovic Tézier ed ancora : Emilia: Enkelejda Shkoza; Cassio: Giovanni Sala; Roderigo: Carlo Boso; Lodovico: Alessandro Spina; Montano: Giovanni Impagliazzo (giovane emergente dell’Accademia di canto lirico del San Carlo).
La partecipazione del Teatro San Carlo al Festival di Aix En Provence rappresenta un importante riconoscimento per l’istituzione, confermandone eccellenza e prestigio a livello internazionale.

In the semi-staged performance of Giuseppe Verdi’s “Otello,” the main protagonists gave performances that were highly appreciated by the audience in the auditorium.
