Un dolce che sa di Natale. In edizione limitata. Tra simboli colori e profumi che rimandano alla magica atmosfera del periodo ecco una nuova prelibatezza in vendita solo fino al 6 gennaio.
Disponibile al Gran Caffè Gambrinus “Il Pino”, una golosa monoporzione bella a vedersi e buonissima da gustare. Come per gli altri dolci creati dal locale storico, anche questo racchiude in sé altre specialità: è realizzato esternamente con la sfoglia della sfogliatella, farcito con ricotta e gocce di cioccolato che richiamano la cassatina e ci sono anche gli struffoli, il tutto ricoperto di cioccolato e scagliette di cocco a voler ricordare un pino innevato.
Il dolce è stato presentato assieme al calendario 2024 come sempre voluto dalla famiglia Sergio-Rosati e dedicato quest’anno a film e fiction girati al Gambrinus.
A illustrare le dodici foto scelte e il progetto del Calendario – che da ormai 13 edizioni è un gradito omaggio del Gambrinus in edizione limitata (300 copie numerate) – il giornalista del Mattino Francesco De Luca. La serata condotta da Sabrina Uccello è stata allietata dalla voce dell’artista Monica Sarnelli.

A dessert that tastes like Christmas. Limited edition. Amid symbols colors and scents that recall the magical atmosphere of the season here is a new delicacy on sale only until January 6th.
Available at Gran Caffè Gambrinus “Il Pino,” a mouthwatering single-portion that is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. As with the other desserts created by the historic café, this one also incorporates other specialties: it is made on the outside with the puff pastry of sfogliatella, filled with ricotta cheese and chocolate chips reminiscent of cassatina, and there are also struffoli, all covered with chocolate and coconut flakes to remind us of a snowy pine tree.
The dessert was presented along with the 2024 calendar as always desired by the Sergio-Rosati family and dedicated this year to films and dramas shot at the Gambrinus.
Illustrating the twelve chosen photos and the calendar project – which for 13 editions now has been a welcome gift from Gambrinus in a limited edition (300 numbered copies) – was the il Mattino journalist Francesco De Luca. The evening conducted by Sabrina Uccello was brightened by the voice of artist Monica Sarnelli.
