Torna Vinalia a Guardia Sanframondi. La trentunesima edizione della rassegna enogastronomica in provincia di Benevento accoglierà il pubblico da domani 4 fino a sabato 10 agosto.
All’appuntamento, promosso dal Circolo viticoltori associati e organizzato dal Comitato Vinalia, dal tema “Cambiamenti, conversioni, innesti”, “Lentius, profondius, suavius” (più lenti, più profondi, più dolci), per animare il Percorso del Gusto hanno aderito le cantine: La Guardiense, Cantine del Maresciallo, Fontana Reale, Il Sabba, Pietrefitte, Vigne sannite, Vigne storte, Azienda agricola Denica, Azienda agricola Sciore, Bicu de Fremundi, Cantina di Solopaca, Cantina Morone, Cantina Pirata, oltre al Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini con una gamma completa di tutte le etichette, DOP e DOCG, del nostro territorio.
L’obiettivo è quello di educare al vino offrendo sacca e calice per non perdere nessun assaggio. Ci saranno anche degustazioni di formaggi, miele, salumi, taralli e gelati, cui si aggiungono ottimi cibi di strada come i freddi di carne, il musetto e il tarallo all’insalata, i panini e la braceria, e anche sfizioserie, spiedini di salumi, porchetta e fritti.

Domani al via anche lo show cooking (si prenota al 327 2297948) del piazzale d’armi del castello medievale. Toccherà a Giuseppe Daddio e Aniello di Caprio della scuola Dolce&Salato di Maddaloni (Caserta). Si tratta di due esperti chef, di cucina e pasticceria, che portano avanti la filosofia della loro scuola: superare sé stessi ogni giorno, con la consapevolezza che alla creatività non vi è mai limite.
Nell’ambito dell’iniziativa, completata anche da un programma musicale (che vede tra i protagonisti la banda rock folk Il pozzo di San Patrizio, in foto), si inserisce anche la XIV edizione di VinArte con la direzione artistica di Giuseppe Leone che ne è l’ideatore, affiancato da Azzurra Immediato che guida la sezione dedicata alla fotografia.
L’itinerario artistico proposto è dedicata al tema dell’innesto sulla traccia di un pensiero unificante, quello cittadinanza d’arte: «Soprattutto – spiega Leone- perché l’Arte disegna modelli di risposte emozionali e intuitive alle nuove domande di vita. E lo fa in una maniera immediatamente percepita, più di ogni linguaggio scientifico che resta spesso nell’alveo degli addetti ai lavori».

Vinalia returns to the Guardia Sanframondi. The 31st edition of the wine and food festival in the province of Benevento will welcome the public from tomorrow, August 4th, to Saturday, August 10.
Promoted by the Associated Winegrowers Circle and organized by the Vinalia Committee, here are the wineries that have joined the event with the theme “Changes, conversions, grafts”, “Lentius, profondius, suavius” (slower, deeper, sweeter) to enliven the Taste Route: La Guardiense, Cantine del Maresciallo, Fontana Reale, Il Sabba, Pietrefitte, Vigne sannite, Vigne storte, Azienda agricola Denica, Azienda agricola Sciore, Bicu de Fremundi, Cantina di Solopaca, Cantina Morone, Cantina Pirata, as well as the Sannio Consorzio Tutela Vini with a full range of all the labels, DOP and DOCG, of our territory.
The goal is to educate about wine, offering bags and goblets so that no taste is missed. There will also be samples of cheese, honey, cured meats, taralli and ice cream, along with excellent street food such as sausages, musetto and tarallo salad, sandwiches and braceria, as well as delicacies, charcuterie, porchetta and fried foods.
For those who want to visit the wineries with a vineyard tour, from tomorrow until August 10th, they can go to the Colle di Siduri winery, starting at 6 p.m. For information and reservations call 392.9645614.
Also starting tomorrow is the cooking show (reservations at 327 2297948) in the parade ground of the medieval castle. It will be the turn of Giuseppe Daddio and Aniello di Caprio from the Dolce&Salato school in Maddaloni (Caserta). They are two experts in cooking and pastry, who continue the philosophy of their school: to surpass themselves every day, knowing that there is no limit to creativity.
The initiative, which will also include a musical program (with the folk-rock band Il pozzo di San Patrizio, in the photo), involves the 14th edition of VinArte, under the artistic direction of Giuseppe Leone, the creator, flanked by Azzurra Immediato, which will lead the section dedicated to photography.
The proposed artistic itinerary is dedicated to the theme of grafting on the track of a unifying thought, that of art citizenship: “Above all,” explains Leone, “because art draws patterns of emotional and intuitive responses to new questions of life. And it does so in a way that is immediately perceived, more than any scientific language, which often remains in the domain of insiders”.
