Incontri al Musap/ Dialetti: Il suono dei sensi, il senso del suono nei testi di Ruggero Cappuccio. Quando la parola non è casuale

Dialetti: Il suono dei sensi, il senso del suono. Questo il titolo del prossimo appuntamento lunedì 29 gennaio alle 16:00 presso al Msap, Fondazione Circolo artistico politecnico ETS, Piazza Trieste e Trento (Palazzo Zapata), nell’ambito del ciclo di incontri a cura del Comitato per la salvaguardia e la valorizzazione del patrimonio linguistico napoletano organizzati con la Fondazione Campania dei Festival. 

Protagonisti saranno alcuni testi tratti dalle opere teatrali e narrative di Ruggero Cappuccio, tra cui – per citarne alcune – Capolavoro d’amore, Paolo Borsellino Essendo Stato e Fuoco su Napoli, tutti editi da Feltrinelli, oltre a drammaturgie di spettacoli che hanno debuttato nei più importanti teatri italiani, da Spaccanapoli Times a Settimo senso e Resurrexit Cassandra.
I testi saranno interpretati per l’occasione da un gruppo di studenti dell’Università Federico II: la lettura drammatizzata è a cura della regista Nadia Baldi. 
«Il suono dei sensi, il senso del suono: questo duplice connubio vuole sottolineare le corrispondenze biunivoche che si instaurano tra suono e sensi attraverso il veicolo della parola teatrale- racconta la regista- La parola nella scrittura drammaturgica di Ruggero Cappuccio non è mai casuale, è scelta per evocare un’emozione e, così, il suono della parola diventa suono dei sensi. In teatro, le parole infatti non sono solo dette, bensì devono suonare. Anzi, le parole in teatro esistono in funzione di questo suono che dal palcoscenico deve giungere all’orecchio del pubblico e diventare parte di una più grande partitura condivisa. In questo senso, e in particolare nei testi scelti, la scrittura di Cappuccio è maestra di partiture emotive, costruzioni sentimentali, suoni dei sensi».

Dialects: The sound of the senses, the sense of sound. This is the title of the next event on Monday, January 29th, at 4 p.m. at Msap, Fondazione Circolo artistico politecnico ETS, PiazzaTrieste e Trento (Palazzo Zapata), as part of the series of meetings curated by the Committee for the preservation and enhancement of the neapolitan linguistic heritage organized with the la Fondazione Campania dei Festival. 
Protagonists will be a few texts from Ruggero Cappuccio’s theatrical and narrative works, including-to name a few-Capolavoro d’amore, Paolo Borsellino Essendo Stato and Fuoco su Napoli, all published by Feltrinelli, as well as dramatizations of plays that have debuted in major Italian theaters, from Spaccanapoli Times to Settimo senso and Resurrexit Cassandra.
The texts will be interpreted for the occasion by a group of students from Federico II University: the dramatized reading is by director Nadia Baldi.
“The sound of the senses, the sense of sound: this dual combination is meant to emphasize the biunivocal correspondences that are established between sound and the senses through the vehicle of the theatrical word,” says the director. “The word in Ruggero Cappuccio’s playwriting is never accidental; it is chosen to evoke an emotion and, thus, the sound of the word becomes the sound of the senses. In theater, words in fact are not just spoken; they must sound. Rather, words in theater exist as a function of this sound, which from the stage must reach the ears of the audience and become part of a larger shared score. In this sense, and particularly in his chosen texts, Cappuccio’s writing is a master of emotional scores, sentimental constructions, sounds of the senses.”
