| Il west arriva in Irpinia con uno degli eventi più attesi dell’estate: da venerdì 28 a domenica 30 giugno Torella dei Lombardi, terra d’origine di Sergio Leone, si trasforma in un villaggio westernin occasione dell’evento “Sapori antichi: dal Wild West all’Irpinia”(foto). Spettacoli, momenti dedicati a tutta la famiglia, animazione: saranno tre giorni indimenticabili nel cuore dell’Irpinia. Promossa e organizzatoa dal Comune di Torella dei Lombardi e dalla Pro loco Candriano, con la direzione artistica di Roberto D’Agnese per Omast Eventi, la manifestazione comincerà venerdì 28 giugno alle 20 con l’apertura del villaggio e degli stand gastronomici. Ci saranno spettacoli teatrali itineranti a cura di M&S “L’arrivo di JII” e “I cacciatori di taglie”. Ascolterete il duo blues Accattonaggio Molesto e verrà presentato il concorso a premi “Il Buono, il Brutto e l’Irpino” a cura di Enzo Costanza. Alle 20,30, Clementina, la caricaturista più veloce del west, disegnerà caricature gratuitamente ai visitatori. Alle 21 in piazza Europa Go Go Gozilla, alle ore 22 in piazza Sergio Leone concerto dei Dissonanthika. Spiega il direttore artistico: «In pochi anni abbiamo trasformato questo festival in un attrattore regionale-. L’anno scorso abbiamo registrato circa 20mila presenze in tre giorni da tutta la Campania e da altre regioni. Oggi abbiamo le carte in regola per immaginare qualcosa di più, come un villaggio western permanente per visitatori ma anche un set cinematografico per cortometraggi, un luogo in grado di sviluppare un turismo legato a questo concetto. Irpinia/The west arrives in Torella dei Lombardi to celebrate the director Sergio Leone. Among ancient flavors
The West arrives in Irpinia with one of the most awaited events of the summer: from Friday, June 28th to Sunday, June 30th, Torella dei Lombardi, home of Sergio Leone, will be transformed into a western village for the event “Ancient Flavors: from the Wild West to Irpinia”.
Shows, moments dedicated to the whole family, entertainment: it will be three unforgettable days in the heart of Irpinia. Promoted and organized by the Municipality of Torella dei Lombardi and Pro loco Candriano, with the artistic direction of Roberto D’Agnese for Omast Eventi, the event will begin on Friday, June 28th at 8 p.m. with the opening of the village and the food stands. There will be traveling theater performances by M&S “The Arrival of JII” and “The Bounty Hunters”.
The blues duo Accattonaggio Molesto will perform and Enzo Costanza will present “The Good, the Ugly and the Hibernian”. At 8:30 p.m., Clementina, the fastest caricaturist in the West, will draw free caricatures for visitors. At 9 p.m. Go Gozilla in Piazza Europa, at 10 p.m.
The artistic director explains: “In just a few years we have turned this festival into a regional attraction. Last year we had about 20,000 visitors in three days from all over Campania and other regions. Today we have the ingredients for something more, like a permanent western village for visitors, but also a film set for short movies, a place that can develop tourism around this concept. From here we can start, as we are doing, to give new life to the communities”.
