Primo maggio alle Gallerie d’Italia Napoli di Intesa Sanpaolo. Il museo sarà aperto dalle 10 alle 19 e domenica 4 maggio ingresso gratuito, come ogni prima domenica del mese, con un programma ricco di appuntamenti a coloro che decideranno di trascorrere il ponte del 1° maggio all’insegna dell’arte e della cultura.
Fino al 4 maggio sarà possibile visitare la mostra Andy Warhol. Triple Elvis a cura di Luca Massimo Barbero. La mostra, che ha riscosso grande successo di pubblico e di critica, presenta un significativo focus espositivo di opere di Andy Warhol, tra cui tre fondamentali cicli grafici riuniti per la prima volta e provenienti dalla Collezione Luigi e Peppino Agrati, importante raccolta d’arte contemporanea formata tra gli anni Sessanta e Ottanta del Novecento e confluita, grazie al lascito del Cavalier Luigi Agrati, nel patrimonio storico-artistico tutelato e valorizzato da Intesa Sanpaolo.
Inoltre, sarà l’occasione per poter ammirare il dipinto la Dama col liocorno di Raffaello Sanzio, proveniente dalla Galleria Borghese di Roma. L’esposizione dell’opera di Raffaello rappresenta un nuovo capitolo della rassegna L’Ospite illustre, curata e promossa da Intesa Sanpaolo, che dal 2015 espone nei suoi musei delle Gallerie d’Italia e al grattacielo di Torino opere di rilievo in prestito temporaneo da prestigiosi musei italiani e internazionali. Con questo appuntamento, L’Ospite illustre giunge alla sedicesima edizione.
L’esposizione consentirà di soffermarsi con attenzione su un’opera giovanile di Raffaello Sanzio, che negli anni aveva subito estese ridipinture che ne avevano alterato l’aspetto, rendendone anche complessa l’attribuzione.
Venerdì 2 maggio, in occasione del decennale della rassegna musicale ‘E’ aperto a tutti quanti’, organizzata in collaborazione con il Conservatorio di Musica San Pietro a Majella di Napoli, le Gallerie d’Italia hanno previsto una giornata di festa con concerti alle ore 10.30, 13.30, 16.30, 19.30 in cui si esibiranno gli allievi del Conservatorio.
Alle 19.30 si esibirà Maria Grazia Schiavo, napoletana, considerata uno dei più interessanti soprani della sua generazione nel repertorio barocco, tradizionale e nel Bel Canto (foto).
La rassegna in questi anni ha ospitato centinaia di giovani musicisti, che hanno offerto all’ampio pubblico di appassionati e visitatori una programmazione musicale ricca e variegata, dalla musica classica al jazz, dalla musica da camera all’elettronica.I concerti sono gratuiti fino a esaurimento posti disponibili.

On the first of May at Intesa Sanpaolo’s Gallerie d’Italia Napoli. The museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday 4 May, as on every first Sunday of the month, admission will be free, with a programme full of events for those who decide to spend the May holiday under the banner of art and culture.
Until the 4th of May, the exhibition Andy Warhol. Triple Elvis, curated by Luca Massimo Barbero. The exhibition, which has been a great success with both the public and the critics, presents an important selection of Andy Warhol’s works, including three fundamental graphic cycles, brought together for the first time, from the Luigi and Peppino Agrati Collection, an important collection of contemporary art created between the 1960s and 1980s, which, thanks to the bequest of Cavalier Luigi Agrati, has been incorporated into the historical-artistic heritage protected and enhanced by Intesa Sanpaolo.
It will also be an opportunity to admire Raffaello Sanzio’s The Lady with the Unicorn, on loan from the Borghese Gallery in Rome. The display of Raphael’s work marks a new chapter in the L’Ospite illustre exhibition, curated and promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo, which since 2015 has been exhibiting important works on temporary loan from prestigious Italian and international museums in its museums at the Gallerie d’Italia and the Turin Skyscraper. With this appointment, The Illustrious Guest reaches its sixteenth edition.
The exhibition is an opportunity to see an early work by Raphael Sanzio, which has been extensively repainted over the years, changing its appearance and making attribution difficult.
On Friday the 2nd of May, on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the musical event “It’s open to everyone”, organised in collaboration with the Conservatorio di Musica San Pietro a Majella in Naples, the Gallerie d’Italia has planned a day of celebration with concerts at 10.30 a.m., 1.30 p.m., 4.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. in which the students of the Conservatorio will perform.
At 19.30, Maria Grazia Schiavo from Naples will perform. She (photo) is considered one of the most interesting sopranos of her generation in the baroque, traditional and bel canto repertoire (photo).
In recent years, the festival has hosted hundreds of young musicians who have offered the large audience of fans and visitors a rich and varied musical programme, from classical to jazz, from chamber music to electronic music.
