Oltre la linea, la rassegna di teatro, musica e danza contemporanea, sbarca in Molise, con la prima edizione di Oltre la linea a Fossalto, che avrà luogo al Teatro Alfieri di Fossalto (Campobasso) l’ultima domenica di ogni mese per tutto il 2024.
Ideata e organizzata da Itinerarte, associazione napoletana diretta da Rosario Liguoro, la kermesse, che non ha fissa dimora, da anni mette a confronto le differenti discipline dello spettacolo attraverso rappresentazioni multidisciplinari e itineranti. Dopo la recente edizione al TIN di Napoli, la rassegna fa un salto in Molise portando spettacoli provenienti dal territorio ospitante e da vari luoghi del Sud Italia.
Si parte domenica 28 gennaio, ore 19 con lo spettacolo Nelle Parole di produzione Akerusia Danza (foto) con regia di Rosario Liguoro, testi di Enrico Grieco, coreografie di Elena D’Aguanno, danzatrice Marcella Martusciello, attrice Mariagrazia Cavallaro, musiche al sax di Valerio Virzo. Nelle parole fotografa l’eterna nostalgia di Napoli, di chi abbandona i propri natali per lavorare altrove.
La performance, ispirata ai testi del fotografo napoletano Enrico Grieco, tende a ricreare in uno spazio intimo il pensiero dell’artista, attraverso parole, immagini, movimento e musica dal vivo, con le ambientazioni sonore di Valerio Virzo. Pur basandosi su testi liberi, ciò che esce fuori è una sorta di storia che spazia da Nord a Sud, nell’Italia degli anni ‘80, in un periodo in cui le differenze tra le due aree geografiche dello Stivale erano più marcate e la sofferenza da abbandono della terra nativa era più sentita. La nostalgia di casa si intreccia poi con quattro poesie tristi tratte da una storia semi-impossibile tra il protagonista e una giovane donna.
Il confronto tra le arti, nota distintiva dei lavori di Akerusia Danza, si evidenzia anche qui nella sperimentazione di tutte le combinazioni possibili tra suono, voce e movimento corporeo, creando abbinamenti originali ma sempre al servizio del testo e dei suoi significati reconditi. La rassegna gode del patrocinio del Comune di Fossalto. Alla fine di ogni spettacolo sarà offerto un aperitivo. L’ingresso costa 8 euro.

Teatro Alfieri/ “Beyond the line” festival arrives in Molise. In the words: theatre embraces music and dance
Beyond the line, the festival of theater, music and contemporary dance, arrives in Molise, with the first edition of Beyond the line to Fossalto, which will take place at the Alfieri Theatre in Fossalto (Campobasso) on the last Sunday of every month throughout 2024.
Conceived and organized by Itinerarte, a Neapolitan association directed by Rosario Liguoro, the event, which has no fixed home, has been comparing the different disciplines of the show through multidisciplinary and itinerant representations for years. After the recent edition at the TIN in Naples, the festival makes a jump in Molise bringing shows from the host territory and various places in southern Italy.
It starts on Sunday, January 28th, at 19 with the show ‘In the Words’ of Akerusia Dance, directed by Rosario Liguoro. With texts by Enrico Grieco, choreography by Elena D’Aguanno, dancer Marcella Martusciello, actress Mariagrazia Cavallaro, and music by Valerio Virzo on sax. In the words he photographs the eternal nostalgia of Naples, of those who abandon their birthplace to work elsewhere.
The performance, inspired by the texts of Neapolitan photographer Enrico Grieco, tends to recreate the artist’s thought in an intimate space, through words, images, movement, and live music, with the sound settings of Valerio Virzo. While relying on free texts, what comes out is a kind of history that ranges from North to South, in Italy in the ’80s, in a period when the differences between the two geographical areas of the Boot were more marked and the suffering from abandonment of the native land was more felt. Homesickness is then intertwined with four sad poems drawn from a semi-impossible story between the protagonist and a young woman.
The comparison between the arts, a distinctive feature of Akerusia Danza’s works, is also evident here in the experimentation of all possible combinations between sound, voice, and body movement, creating original combinations but always at the service of the text and its hidden meanings. The festival is sponsored by the Municipality of Fossalto. At the end of each show will be offered an aperitif. Admission costs 8 euros.
