Il figlio della lava e del mare Livio Cori torna a Napoli insieme alla sua band per uno spettacolo unico nel suo genere. Dopo la pubblicazione del suo ultimo progetto discografico “Solidago” per Magma Records (Believe), il rapper campano ha deciso di portare tutta la potenza delle sue canzoni sul palco del Teatro Bolivar giovedì 18 maggio alle 21. Ad accompagnarlo, anche tanti ospiti a sorpresa.
Al concerto – organizzato dalla B&G Art Event Communication – l’artista farà ascoltare tutti i principali successi del suo repertorio, da quelli più recenti fino ai brani che hanno segnato la sua ascesa fra gli artisti più famosi della scena campana. Significativo il gesto dell’artista Livio Cori che ha deciso di donare biglietti del suo concerto a una cooperativa “Assistenza e territorio”, realtà consolidata da oltre 25 anni sul territorio della prima municipalità San Ferdinando, Chiaia e Posillipo. Si occupa di famiglie e minori disagiati e di varie problematiche di carattere sociale.
Livio sin da piccolo è vicino a queste realtà del suo quartiere trovando come punto in comune il ritmo e l’allegria che accompagna questi ragazzini che pur non avendo tanto, seguono la sua musica, restituendo così al suo quartiere un messaggio di speranza e di riscatto. Chi è Livio Cori
Nasce il 12 marzo del 1990. Figlio della lava e del mare, nato e cresciuto nei quartieri spagnoli. Esordisce sulla scena musicale a soli 18 anni, nel 2008, collaborando con artisti come Dj Uma e Jesa.
Nel 2015 realizza il singolo “Tutta la notte” in collaborazione con Ghemon, posizionandosi in vetta alla classifica di MTV. Viene premiato con il Premio MEI, come miglior artista emergente hip hop. Esce il singolo Veleno, realizzato insieme a Luché, nel 2016.
Nello stesso anno riceve la chiamata per partecipare al provino di Gomorra 3. Il ruolo interpretato è quello di ‘O Selfie, raggiungendo così la popolarità nel 2017, partecipando alla terza stagione di Gomorra. Per la serie produce la colonna sonora Surdat, una canzone interamente ispirata a Napoli e al quartiere presso cui è cresciuto. Nel 2018 pubblica il suo primo EP Montecalvario come il luogo dove è cresciuto ai Quartieri.
Firma con l’etichetta di Caterina Caselli, la Sugar Music. L’EP contiene brani come “Nenné”, “Luce”, “M’adda passà”, “A casa mia”. Nel 2019 prende parte alla sessantanovesima edizione del Festival di Sanremo, in coppia con il cantautore Nino D’Angelo e presentando il brano Un’altra luce.
Posticipa l’uscita del suo primo album subito dopo Sanremo. Esce difatti nel 2019 “Montecalvario (Core senza paura)”, da cui vengono estratti due singoli remix “A casa mia“ con Samurai Jay e “Adda passà” con CoCo.
Nel 2020 esce “Femmena”, il disco realizzato insieme a Eitaway nel quale Livio Cori esplora i suoi legami con le figure femminili che lo hanno segnato nel bene e nel male.
Nel 2021 collabora con Neffa al singolo “Nn’è cagnato niente”. Pubblica il suo secondo EP “Blu Verano”, che contiene un altro brano realizzato con Neffa, “Respiro ancora”. Nel 2022 è protagonista musicale nel programma “Made in Sud” in onda su Rai Uno. Nello stesso anno esce il suo secondo EP “Tarantelle”. Nel 2023 pubblica il progetto discografico “Solidago”, anticipato nel dicembre 2022 dal singolo di presentazione “Sulo pe’ chella”.

After the release of his latest record project ‘Solidago’ for Magma Records (Believe), the rapper from Campania has decided to bring all the power of his songs to the stage of the Teatro Bolivar on 18 May 2023. Accompanying him will be many surprise guests.
At the event – organised by B&G Art Event Communication – the artist will play all the main hits from his repertoire, from the most recent ones to the songs that marked his rise among the most famous artists of the Campania scene. Significant is the gesture of artist Livio Cori who decided to donate tickets for his concert to a cooperative “Assistance and Territory,” an established reality for over 25 years in the territory of the first municipality San Ferdinando, Chiaia and Posillipo. It deals with disadvantaged families and minors and various social issues.
Livio has been close to these realities of his neighborhood since he was a child, finding as a common point the rhythm and cheerfulness that accompanies these kids who, despite not having much, follow his music, thus giving back to his neighborhood a message of hope and redemption.

About Livio Cori
He was born on March 12, 1990. Son of lava and the sea, raised in the Spanish quarters. He made his debut on the music scene when he was only 18 years old, in 2008, collaborating with artists such as Dj Uma and Jesa.
In 2015 he released the single “Tutta la notte” in collaboration with Ghemon, placing at the top of the MTV charts. He is awarded the MEI Award, as best emerging hip hop artist.He releases the single Veleno, made together with Luché, in 2016.
In the same year he receives the call to participate in the audition for Gomorra 3.The role played is that of ‘O Selfie, thus reaching popularity in 2017, participating in the third season of Gomorra. For the series he produced the soundtrack Surdat, a song entirely inspired by Naples and the neighborhood where he grew up. In 2018 he releases his first EP Montecalvario after the place where he grew up.
He signs with Caterina Caselli’s label, Sugar Music. The EP contains songs such as “Nenné,” “Luce,” “M’adda passà,” and “A casa mia.” In 2019 he takes part in the sixty-ninth edition of the Sanremo Festival, paired with singer-songwriter Nino D’Angelo and presenting the song Un’altra luce.
He postpones the release of his first album immediately after Sanremo. In fact, in 2019 “Montecalvario (Core without fear)” is released, from which two remix singles “A casa mia” with Samurai Jay and “Adda passà” with CoCo are extracted.

In 2021 he collaborates with Neffa on the single “Nu’è cagnato niente.” He publishes his second EP “Blu Verano,” which contains another song made with Neffa, “Respi ancora.” In 2022 he is a musical star in the program “Made in Sud” aired on Rai Uno. In the same year he releases a second EP “Tarantelle.” In 2023, the record project “Solidago,” anticipated in December 2022 by the introductory single “Sulo pe’ chella.”
